The Minnesota Transformation Initiative (MTI) can offer support to provider agencies, lead agencies, and other organizations interested in transformation away from subminimum wages and expanding capacity for competitive, integrated employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. If you are interested in learning more about ways in which MTI may be able to provide support to your organization, please complete this form. An MTI team member will follow up with you. The number of organizations receiving support will be limited based on project capacity; interested organizations will receive support on a first come, first served basis.
